Growing up, Steve always aspired to write a great American novel and to stand beside such luminaries as F. Scott Fitzgerald, Ernest Hemingway, and Hunter S. Thompson. He has failed miserably in these pursuits, but he has written a very funny book. Almost Domesticated is a collection of humorous essays, short stories, and true tales from his days as a comedian on the road.
